The minimum Windows build is 19041. The full installer detects and automatically installs missing .NET Framework 4.8 and WebView2 Runtime, with support for UAC and required restart without forcing it. The .NET package is embedded; missing WebView2 requires download from Microsoft. Python and DICOM libraries are included. WebGL2 is a feature of the desktop environment and driver, not a separate installer. Windows 7 and ARM64 are not supported. The 32-bit variant supports Windows 10 x86 and WOW64 on Windows 10/11 x64. Variants share data and license of the same Windows profile; do not run them at the same time.

Common types include computed tomography (CT), MR imaging, X-rays (CR/DX), and ultrasound. Selected PET, XA, RF and Secondary Capture images, PDF documents, and text content of selected SR reports are also supported. Compatibility depends on the specific class and DICOM notation.

Subsequent layout windows show subsequent series without repeating the last one; if there are fewer series, the remaining windows are empty. Click on the selected window and select a series from the study to change only its content. Settings Views are in one row. In the Tools settings, you will select visible items; Hiding the tool does not delete measurements or annotations that have already been made. The Measurements and Annotations menu has a narrower layout and aligned buttons.

Added 8/16 layouts with preferences, context menu, arrows with description, 2D synchronization, 3D rotation and ROI, and local copy management. The download runs in the background without changing the currently viewed study.

You will select series before downloading from PACS. The partial range is marked in the open study, in the Downloaded list, and in the comparison. The patient data search covers the entire history, and the date filter allows you to narrow it down. The progress description is above the results. The Extras menu has a drop-down list; You can scroll through the PDF document using the arrows or by entering the page number.

The 1/2/4/8/16 and MPR+3D layouts have thumbnails in the menu. In the Views and Window Split settings, select the items you use. The right button on the image opens the tools of this view, deleting the last measurement or annotation and clearing the measurements of the selected image with confirmation. Measurements and Annotations and Parameters and Labels are on the right side of the top menu.

Arrow with description: drag from the arrowhead to the description, enter the text and confirm. Double clicking changes the description. The annotation record is a separate file; JPG export and copying include visible markings.

Turn on Sync views. Common can be window, zoom, pan, rotate and reflect 2D views. Linking layers requires matching image, series, or geometry data and reference space; the closest existing layer within the supported range is selected. The remaining views remain independent. This is not an anatomical recording.

In the 3D panel, select 3D Rotate and drag the image. ROI 3D allows you to select a rectangle, invert the selection, and select Show selection only or Cut selection. Covers the entire depth in the viewing direction of the selection. Restore 3D restores the full view. Cutting is for visualization purposes, it does not change the source DICOM or MPR slices.

Yes. The PACS download runs in the background and completing the transfer does not replace the open study or measurements. Progress, canceling and opening a completed download are available in the download bar. If the status is uncertain, use Check Download Status; do not run a re-transfer or installation in parallel.

Before transfer, the program reads the current batch list and SOP from PACS. Once the local copy matches the exact range you selected and passes the identity and SHA-256 checks on the saved files, it opens it without redownloading the images. The PACS inventory validates IDs and ranges, not remote byte digests. The partial range is still clearly marked.

In Downloads, select Delete downloaded copy. The automatic retention period is 30 days from the creation of the final complete download manifest on this station. Reopening does not renew this period. The control runs periodically while the application is running and after its next launch.

Open studies, comparative studies, active transfers and locks are respected. Close the study before manually deleting it. The deletion covers the local cache; retains PACS, source directories, media, and separate annotations. Unexpected files or links block deletion.

MAJOR.MINOR.PATCH: The first number indicates a major or incompatible release, the second indicates new compatible features, the third indicates bug, security and stability fixes. The full current installer includes released patches. Compatible app updates can roll directly from a supported legacy release once data compatibility and safe rollback have been validated. This does not support every future migration.

Separate the remote PACS address and port from the local Viewer receiver. In the configuration described, the PACS port for search and download request is 5600. If PACS uses a single port, select to use the same remote port for both operations. Confirm the values ​​with the PACS administrator and save the profile.

11112 is the local NEXORA Viewer listening port for C-MOVE. PACS then sends the images to the computer running the Viewer. The PACS administrator sets the reachable address, AE and port of this station. With C-GET, images return on the same connection to PACS; local watch 11112 is not used.

An explicit compatibility profile is available for Conquest Server 1.5.0b. Agree its selection with the administrator; it handles the bypassed role negotiation response while maintaining explicit denials and data control.

C-ECHO checks the connection, and permissions and full transfer require a separate check. On error, save the DICOM status. The application does not change the firewall or PACS configuration on its own.

After clicking Open during the examination, the Viewer will read the series list: number, description, modality and number of objects, if PACS provides it. Images are not downloaded at this stage. By default, all series are selected.

You can select specific series or use the "All series" checkbox. Then select Download selected series. Without a series selected, the download button is unavailable. You can return to the results without transferring the images.

Partial selection uses the SERIES level and all series uses the STUDY level in C-GET/C-MOVE. PACS must support the selected level. When the series list or configuration changes after a selection, open the list again. The program does not automatically change the download protocol.

The designation "Selected series: X of Y · partial study scope" appears in the header, in the Downloaded list, and in the comparison. Confirms the completeness of selected series, not the entire study. Y is the number of series returned by PACS at the time of selection.

Viewer 1.5.1 skips new partial downloads in the Downloads list. Full downloads and previous data remain consistent. The update retains your current settings and license.

Enter the patient's name or ID. By default, the entire history is then searched. The date narrowing option allows you to enter your own range. Without patient data, the search remains limited to a month, with a maximum of 31 days in total.

The 2D view checks file headers and totals, and decodes images on demand into a limited buffer. The possibilities depend on the supported objects and station memory. MPR requires memory of the entire selected series; when it is missing, a 2D view remains.

Use the previous and next page arrows, type a page number, or press ←/→ outside the edit box. The counter shows the number and number of pages. On the first and last pages, the corresponding arrow is inactive.

The program temporarily pauses the display and tries to reconfirm the local connection. Once confirmed, the same examination and annotations are returned. The connection is checked again. If it fails to recover, save the annotations and run the program again. Session denial or permission expiration blocks reading. Restoring your connection does not extend your license or trial period.

We save acceptance once for a given version and document content in the same Windows profile and installation identity. Without internet, confirmation waits in a local queue. Full release installer 1.7.0 includes Bootstrap/Updater 1.5.2. The installed Bootstrap/Updater 1.4.0 supports automatic transition to App 1.7.0 for 32-bit and 64-bit versions. Engine older than 1.4.0 requires a one-time full installer. Download the correct variant, close Viewer and install it in the same Windows profile; you will retain your settings, license identity and confirmation of terms. The new client only downloads a compatible package of its architecture and installs it after it has safely completed its work. It does not force the closure of an open study. On a failed attempt, it retains the previous compatible release. It does not automatically update the bootstrap itself or switch the channel itself.

The update is available in the active channel for both architectures with Bootstrap/Updater 1.4.0 or later supported. An older, already working updater may wait until the next check, usually about 6 hours ±30 minutes. Reopening the program does not guarantee an immediate download. The server does not send a remote wake-up command.

After installing App 1.7.0, the check is also triggered after a clean finish. Full Bootstrap/Updater 1.5.2 has improved scheduling; bootstrap itself remains updated manually. Open studies, transfers and unsaved work remain protected.

Create an account, open the confirmation email and set a password. The trial lasts 30 days from the first confirmation. After logging in to your account download the trial code or assigned license code. In the program, select "Confirm trial period" or "Activate license" and enter the appropriate code. Reinstallation and re-registration do not renew a completed trial.

When you start the program, it tries to confirm your license online. For a regular license, a previously verified permit allows you to work offline until its end, a maximum of 7 days and within the limits of the license validity. The trial requires a connection at start and the authorization lasts for a maximum of 24 hours and ends no later than the end of the trial. Confirmed license revocation blocks further launch.

The number of active installations results from the allocated license. Each installation is associated with a Windows account and a program key. Agree on the transfer with the staff Service Desk. Do not manually copy license files between computers.

Check spam and correct address. You can complete the registration again with the same address. The link is valid for 30 minutes; just opening the link does not trigger the trial.

After signing in, submit your license request. Support will review it manually. PayU online payments are available in the customer panel, and submitting a request is free. Desktop: 149 PLN gross for the first year, 499 PLN gross for the first 3 years or 799 PLN gross for the first 5 years. Each option is followed by optional renewal at 199 PLN gross per year. Media: 1799 PLN for the first year and 179 PLN gross for each subsequent year. A purchase during the trial preserves the remaining free days.

In Service Desk select New report. Provide the application version, steps leading to the problem and error message. Do not send patient data, passwords, activation codes or keys.

Use access recovery. Changing your customer password does not change the trial or license expiry date.
